Change the RSVP settings so you know who’s attending your RSVP event

Once you’ve enabled RSVPs to your event, you’ll find the RSVP settings tab. Here’s where you can create a new or select an existing RSVP form to appear on your event registration page.

When you create a new form, you can add questions your attendees will need to answer in order to RSVP for your event.

This is where you can also indicate if you need to pause or disable RSVPs after a certain time, limit the number of seats, and get alerted as new people RSVP to an event.

To learn more about our free online RSVP tool, including settings and custom RSVP forms, you can learn about AddEvent’s event management software here.

Once you’ve finalized these settings, select the blue “Create event” button to save.

Head to the Event Detail Page to start sharing your RSVP event

Want to share your online invitation with your users via the event landing page? Here they can RSVP for the event directly on the page.

After clicking RSVP, your users will be asked to indicate if they are going and to enter their name and email address as shown below. Depending on how you’ve customized your RSVP form, they may need to answer other questions before officially RSVPing to your event.

Other ways to share your RSVP event include via email or directly on your website

AddEvent offers you plenty of other options for sharing your event — whether you want to use the Add to Calendar Links (also known as an RSVP link) in an email or embed an Add to Calendar Button or RSVP form on your website or landing page, the possibilities are endless.

The links and buttons are fully functional and linked to your event. When your users click the links or buttons, they’ll be taken to a unique landing page for your event, where they’ll be prompted to RSVP!
