AddEvent makes it easy to include Add to Calendar links and buttons in your HubSpot email campaigns—no coding required. With just a few quick steps, you can create an event, grab the Add to Calendar embed code, and paste it into a Custom HTML block in your HubSpot email.

From your dashboard, click the Create button and choose Event. On the Event Detail page, you can set the date, time, and event information, and turn on RSVPs if needed.
When you’re ready, hit the Create event button to publish your event landing page.
After creating your event, you’ll land on the Event Details Page. Scroll down to the Share your event section and look for the Add to Calendar Links. Click the + button to open the sharing options.
You’ll see two ways to copy the embed code for your email platform:

Open your email in the HubSpot editor and drag in a Custom HTML block. Paste the Add to Calendar embed code directly into the block.
Once added, the Add to Calendar Links will appear in your email, ready for your contacts to use.
Choose the ideal spot for your Add to Calendar Links. Placement matters! The higher up the links appear in your email, the more likely recipients are to click and add the event to their calendar before they close the message.
To add the links, insert a Custom HTML block in your email and paste the code you copied from AddEvent (use CTRL+V on Windows or CMD+V on Mac).
